The only hospital I have ever seen with its own police force. If you go there you will understand why. Rude, disrespect and abuse to veterans abounds. Like many others, I have been deprived of my benefits by their system. Yes I could go there and have, but I would rather die than subject myself to the insulting abuse of their personal. This is NOT health care, it is a bureaucratic, nepotistic, gravy train, and most of the staff has never served a day.

The Staff on 4C is outstanding here.The Nurses, CNA's etc... are superb... So are the Doctors , Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers..And they have treated my husband and I very well. They are very attentive to your needs. I really appreciate the care that my husband is receiving. And no matter where you go in the hospital if you seem lost(which most of the time I was) some staff will stop and ask what are you looking for and some would even take you where you need to be. I just want to say thank you for your kindness during this difficult time....

I don't know how they rate 2 stars. Everytime I go I see a different doctor. They say let me look at your records and come back and see me in 3 months. Hell I'm in pain now. Finally after 3 years years they lost my records. Bunch of incompetent, ignorant, lazy people drawing a check off the government to sit at a desk and suck up bad air. Travel pay suppose to be paid by direct deposit with 2-3 days, try a month. Oh, we got behind because of this holiday. That was a year ago. It don't happen at other VAs. I called my Congressman and filed an inquiry. They fed his office the same lies they gave me. Next time I went to the doctor. We're sorry Mr. Edwards, but there's nothing else we can do for you. I transferred to Biloxi VA Hospital. They found my medical records. Travel pay takes 2 days. I have 1 doctor and I get treatment on a walk in basis if I need it.
