My sister went here recently and it was a great experience. Traci, RN in ER took such great care of her. She stayed w her. Made her comfortable. She was literally the best in every way. And we can't thank you enough. ❤

They have always taken good care of me especially the er

This is a good hospital for what they have to work with. They have some really great nurses and some really great doctors but like other hospitals they have some doctors and nurses that are little bit full of themselves.

Wish I could rate it zero stars. I’d like to personally thank the nurses at the mental health facility for everlasting trauma since a misunderstanding sent me to an overnight treatment there in which I was told NOTHING and was terrified. My parents wanted to sue, and in all honesty if we had the funds, they deserved it. These nurses taunted me in my most vulnerable state. Despite this being two years ago, I think I will be investigating ways to file official complaints against the staff. Also fair warning, this is SIUE’s hospital they connect you to if you’re a student, I wish I had the resources to persuade them to change this. This hospital was my personal hell on Earth. The staff should be far passed ashamed.

Been here a couple times, staff that saw to me was very kind, and would answer any questions I had. I have asthma/bronchitis issues and they were always dedicated to help me feel better.
