Georgetown Community Hospital

I usually don’t leave reviews. As a matter of fact this is my first time writing one, but DO NOT have a baby at this hospital. Labor & delivery went fine! But afterwards, nobody could get ANYTHING straight with insurance, they kept calling needing the same information over & OVER again. Now it’s six months later & I don’t have my baby’s social security card. I called to ask about this & the woman on the phone got an attitude saying perhaps I didn’t fill out my paperwork right & when she went to look, she got back on the phone & apologized & reassured me I filled all of it out as it was supposed to be (I even had a nurse to look over it before I was discharged) & told me they had sent it in to vital statistics & the social security office & pretty much that it was left up to me to figure it out from here on out. I called vital statistics & social security, turns out, they put down the wrong address. Now I have to go to the social security office to fill out a new form for his social security card. Georgetown Community hospital is a joke. Don’t go here, save yourself the time & money.

They saved my life. The surgeon was the most caring and personable professional I have ever met. Her bedside manner is unquestionably the best I have ever seen. I have had multiple surgeries in the past few years at different hospitals in the area. My experience with Georgetown Community and this surgeon was by far the best. Thank you Georgetown Community and staff!

Went in yesterday afternoon for a preventative screening. Got into be prepped right away and was out in less then two hours. Staff was great and Dr Case is very efficient. Had kids here before too...never had any problems.

There’s 1 IT that I know personally that is amazing and his boss is too

your bus that comes around 12:30 doesn’t need to be parking in the middle of the road. no one can get out when they park right in front of your dang car.
