I am Very Happy with the Doctors and Nurses and Staff I am a new patient here as I Followed my Doctor when he move to Grand River Medical Group a few months ago

Love Cortney Kueter, always thorough and pleasant! Also Dr. Kragenbrink at grand river peds for my son

Was referred to a "specialist". This "specialist" refused to say if I could return to work or should remain off work, made contradictory statements in paperwork completed and basically insulted my primary physician. Because of his lack of concern I have no paycheck. I don't think this "specialist" knows the meaning of the word. I'd give this a "0" rating if that was possible.

I was under the impression that when I paid up front at the time of my visit that that was it. I don't have insurance so you'd think it would be nice to know about an extra $115 bill at the time of service. And then to top it off, they offered little to no help. Outrageous! I will never be back and I would not recommend to anyone!
