Grand Strand Regional Medical Center

I never do reviews for anyone or anything, but the Grand Strand Pediatrics deserve the best review. I have never in my life been to a hospital with my child or even for myself where the doctors care so much!!!!! From the doctors to the nurse that cared for my daughter today, this visit was 100% outstanding. My daughter wasn’t afraid, when she would normally scream bloody murder. They took immediate steps to make sure she was taken care of and wouldn’t let her leave until they knew she would be okay. Grand Strand Pediatrics- You all are PERFECTION!!!! Thank you for the love and care that my daughter was given. God placed you all in the right field for a reason. My heart Is so full and I’m forever grateful.

My husband had a blockage and heart attack.After going to and having a very bad experience at another local hospital it lead us to going to the ER here. My husband ended up having stints put in and an ablation here.I have never experienced or been to a hospital where they went over and beyond to care for patients and the family. The cardiologists and nurses were exceptional in every way. I was truly moved and inspired not only by their care but genuine compassion for their patients. They all love what they do.

Everyone was very concerning and wonderful. Only one area of concern I have. We Brought Barry home on Thursday for a home check.and brought him back to the hospital the same day. My biggest concern was that they released him on the next day, Friday. Did not give me any time to do the safety things that were needed. You know how hard it is to get a contractor to come out and put up safety bars and remove doors in one day. I think you should consider doing home health checks on a Monday or Tuesday and giving their families time to make the necessary adjustments that are needed . I had to tell my boss that I had to quit and would not be able to return to work the next day. Personally I don't think you would appropriate it if one of your employees did that there. This whole situation was difficult enough without the stress of being by myself and have to handle all this in one day. Otherwise, I cannot give enough praise to all the nurses, care team and therapist. Thanks, Mrs. Boiln

Very professional, nice people that know what there doing. They took very good care of my wife with her broken leg. They also looked after me making sure I was comfortable.

Everything was fine as far as testing. Getting results to doctor not. One week still hasn't happened. Talked to answering machine still waiting for call back. May need another stress test before this is over.
