Grand View Hospital

Under the circumstances, I had a great experience at Grandview. My health is important to me and it is important to me to partner with others as it relates to MY health. I feel that the physicians, nurses, and all other staff I encountered, listened to my needs and expectations. As I look back over my experiences at Grandview, I am delighted to say THANK YOU for your time, attention to details, kindness, compassion, etc.

ER was very private with individual rooms. Once admitted, my room was larger than expected with a huge window and nice view from my bed, and had comfortable seating for visitors. The nurses, technicians, and doctors were very caring, and spent time asking questions and answering them. They were very prompt when I called for anything. Over all, my stay was great. I gave four stars because some of my meals didn't meet my dietary restrictions and had to be replaced. That being said, the food was better than expected.

I had back surgery, stayed one night. Everyone there was very professional and had wonderful bed side manners! When my nurse would check on me I felt I was her only patient at that moment. The hospital was very polished and maintained!! This was my first stay at Grandview. I definitely have found me a new hospital! Thanks to everyone at Grandview!

My stay at Grandview Medical was about as great as could be after surgery. The staff is unbelievably efficient and kind and considerate of you as a person. The facilities are state of the art. I would highly recommend Grandview Medical Center to anyone for their medical needs.

Best hospital I have ever been in. Everyone was so nice and attentive to me , all the doctors and nurses could not have been better. I was very well taken care of. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
