Grays Harbor Community Hospital

Went in to emergency while on vacation in area after I fell and thought I might have broken my wrist. The staff were fabulous. Everybody was nice. I was processed very efficiently. I was extremely impressed with the staff and there efficiency.

I was here with my grandma who’s feet were cracking because she is suffering of lupus and we had gotten there at 1:30 we were still not attended even after six. The service was very poor an the receptionist person had a very bad attitude. At this point my grandma can barely walk. They really have to train their employees better in situations where there is little space at the hospital as soon as we were about to walk out of the hospital they now attend us. I saw this happen to another person too. They gave my grandma a wheelchair and the wheels had poop. This is probably the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. When we asked for a different wheelchair the receptionist answered very sarcastically saying there was no more wheelchairs and she didn’t even care about it she didn’t send anybody to clean. She was very rude. And a lot of people left

We were heading back to Seattle from the Oregon Coast when my one year old daughter got sick. We went to Gray's harbor community Hospital and we didn't even wait for a minute before getting admitted and taking care of my daughter. The service was fast, unlike any other ER I've been.

Horrible staff and hospital just in general every staff member I’ve ever talked to is unprofessional on the phone or in person. Easily would rather drive hours anywhere else besides aberdeen

I witnessed a 90 year old man waiting in his truck because the grandson was told that there wasn’t any wheelchairs or someone to help him in side. Where is the concern or the empathy at this hospital? Remember... DO NO HARM!
