This WHOLE facility is a BIGGEST joke Elk City has to offer. Their employees are here for a pay check, nothing more nothing less! No morals no respect! The local urgent care was 100X’S better unfortunately they saw I needed more attention and referred me to the ER. HERE, this “certified” lazy dip sh** just looks at me and sends me home.. Now he did say I had a “UTI” which for me those come and go WITHOUT pain, whatever is wrong w/me now is more painful than all natural (no meds) child birth!! Which I have done 3 times, there just ain’t no way... I hope some day these ppl don’t have to refer back to employees like themselfs for help, for they deserve far more, but I would never wish this treatment on anyone.... #needsbettercustomerservice

This ER never gets busy. They are so rude and uncaring considering they have NOTHING else to do with their day. Took my kid in for the flu because urgent care was full and suggested that I took him there. The "doctor" came in and just looked at him and says. looks like he has the flu or something like it .Didn't bother testing him or giving him a note for school. No wonder there's so many people getting the flu. Careless doctors.

Dr.Teel is a very great ENT,He’s been treating me for many things over the past few years and it would be very upsetting if the hospital shuts down his program...plz keep Dr.Teel’s program running for the community’s sake
