Yoday is september 21st 2019 I recieved a bill that was supposed to reach me on September 13th 2019 plus a call from credence resources. when I tried to call your billing department I was told by an automated machine that i should call during normal business hours. I called the operator of the hillcrest hospital to see if I could talk to an administrator anyone that could help me. since your automated billing system wont take my payment. no one accept leslie was there. I feel like I'm being dumped on i got a wife and kids I'm supposed to support and I get this all dumped on me. what is wrong with you all.

My grandma has 3 cancer masses and a brain aneurism and he told her if her head started hurting she’d need to go to the dr well since we live in Cushing and her dr is out of ada she went up there today and you’d think there doctors and nurses would be nice but no they were rude to her and I came home to ask her how was the doctor and she started bawling about the nurse and doctor being rude so be expecting a call from my family cause I wanna know the names you shouldn’t ever be rude and make someone feel worthless I’ve never seen her break down like that.

I've been there twice for chest pain and they treated me respect. It took them several times to start an IV but that's not their fault as I have been told before that I am a hard stick.
