Inova Fair Oaks Hospital

I had my first baby here and the staff was amazing. They took such amazing care of me and my child. The billing process was easy, but make sure you know the details and that you have a copay before they discharge you. Food was great, service was great will and my antheologist!!! Ugh she was WONDERFUL. All in all would give birth here again.

Let me start this review by saying I hate hospitals. I have always hated them, but this one blew me away. Our little girl was born here earlier this week and it could not have been a better experience. All of the nurses and hospital staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Anything we asked for they went out of their way to help us. Above and beyond every single time. They accommodated every single thing in my wife’s birth plan. Even the things I thought there wasn’t a chance they would do. Always compassionate and helpful. Excellent facilities and equipment, even the food was good! Even though this was an hour and a half away from our house, I honestly think we will be coming back for all of our subsequent children. I highly recommend.

Great experience!!! My wife delivered our 10th child yesterday and everything from delivery to recovery went exceptionally well. When we arrived at the hospital my wife was very anxious to the point of tears. After getting settled in our room the nurses, Molly and Toni, started conversation with my wife and quickly got her past her anxiety. This in itself was an answer to prayers. Their attention to the well being of mom and baby, along with the rest of the staff was top notch. I can't thank you all enough for the true blessings you are!!! Beware of their worst facility billing process. They sent me facility charge bill (balance)after 6 months via third party collection services since they claming that sent me that bill 4 times before and I didn't pay it. The reality is I'm not aware of that bill at all and haven't received it. I have called Inova first when I received the bill from third party collection but they didn't answer properly and asking me to call the third party collection agency directly to get more info about the bill which doesn't make sense to me at all. BTW I paid the bill to clear on my side anyway.

My daughter has just had her baby today. What a wonderful hospital!! Nicest staff, great cafe ( important as we were here for the past 48 hours) Special mention of Diane as she welcomed everyone in the lobby/elevator area. SO NICE!! A kind word and genuine smile for everyone. What a wonderful beginning here. Thank you
