Absolutely, unacceptable statement given to me on their protocol for processing patients! Amy at the desk was eager to assist and very patient. However, Mark made it VERY CLEAR that ONLY if you come in dying will you be seen in a timely manner. Even if you are asthmatic, having heart palpitations and vomiting repeatedly for more than 4 hours. I was advised they take your vitals and will get to you when they can; people just have to wait nothing more can be done. The Mission statement of this place DOES NOT hold to their Values. Please explain? If not maybe the Medical board can!

What an amazing facility! This Kaiser blows the other hospitals out of the water! And the people here are so friendly. From triage to urgent care for x-rays took about 25 minutes total and met Angelia on the way who may just be the sweetest person I've ever met. I am so impressed

This Kaiser is the best in San Diego county! The facility is 2 years New and everything is top of the line. The staff from janitorial to Surgeons is amazing! The hospital has a 7 story parking garage and you will never have issues with finding parking. The outside area is beautifully landscaped. The nurses take patients out in wheelchairs to get fresh air and some sunshine. They have several walking areas to get excercise. The lighting is beautiful at night and safe for all. The pharmacy is quick and efficient, the urgent Care staff is also quick and efficient. The surgery area and staff are all wonderful. The equipment is state of the art and I felt comfortable with my childs surgeon and nursing staff every step of the way. This Kaiser facility will be my family's go to location from here on out!

Huge campus. Staff is friendly too. Urgent care took no longer than 40 minutes. Plenty of parking, so won't be a problem to park. Campus outside is also beautiful,
