Lake Norman Regional Medical Center

A missed diagnosis on a Saturday led to a longer surgery and road to recovery on Tuesday. Most of the nursing staff is absolutely wonderful. Sure I had one bad one I asked to replace because I was told that the sounds I was making while in pain were disturbing other patients and to essentially be quiet. Every other nurse I had was great and supportive. This facility does seem to be a hit/miss with some of the doctors/diagnostic teams. Just glad Tuesday they found my life threatening issue that was overlooked 3 days prior

I’ve always had a wonderful experience each and every time I’ve needed Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, whether for surgery, ER, testing and even in Critical Care. We’ve lived here for 11 years and both my husband and I have required their services a lot over those years. Was just in this past weekend at the ER for an infection stemming from a cut on the bottom of my foot. They’re kind, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in medical need. I have skin cancer surgery coming up in September and my husband is having shoulder surgery in October there. We would not continue to go if we had not received top notch service in the past.

THIS IS MY HOSPITAL & I'M VERY PROUD TO CALL IT MINE. My hospital is kept very up to date on everything. Right now I'm am fighting cancer and with the help of the staff, treatments, tests, surgeries, & ect, I am going to beat it! I have all kinds of tests done or when I need to go to the ER..day or night.. no one acts like .. why are you bothering us!! I just very recently got out of MY HOSPITAL from a Pneumonia stay and Man, I would I have like to have brought just about all the staff home with me!!! I've NEVER worry about.. . did the staff miss something on a test Was a mistake made in my medical care ect.. NOTHING.. not here. Nope not at my hospital! For the BEST care please visit My Hospital.. you too will see. Yep, I guess you can tell I like the care I get here.

I have had two major procedures (Spline and heart) and two minor procedures done over the past two years and I couldn't be happier. Doctors & surgeons did an awesome job, I had to stay overnight after each of the major procedures and the nursing staff were all great. I have other long term medical problems and never had any complications post surgery. All of the doctors associated with Lake Norman Medical Center have been terrific!

I had to take a trip to the ER this past Wednesday with an episode of throat swelling. This is an issue I have had off and on over the years without anyone giving me a reason why it occurred. I was always treated and given steroid prescription and sent home until my next episode. First of all, the entire staff was amazing, from the young man who checked me in to the nurses, the respiratory therapist (wish I could remember her name) to the amazing Dr. Crilly. He is the first doctor to sit with me and explain exactly what was going on, why, and what I could do for it. He was kind, patient, and thought outside the box. I have nothing but good things to say about my care at Lake Norman. The staff was friendly and upbeat. Thank you for such amazing care, and that you Dr. Crilly for your compassion.
