Memorial Hospital of Martinsville & Henry County

For two months, I called their billing department every 2 weeks to request an itemized bill for my visit from last year, as they had doubled the bill out of nowhere. Each time I called, they confirmed my address and said they would send it. They never sent it. They lied to me for two months. When I finally called and told them I was reporting them to the Health Department and Attorney Generals Office, the very next day I received an overnight envelope from Fed Ex with my itemized bill. This hospital is a scam and they will lie to you. They are legally obligated to fulfill requests for itemized billing. It wasn't until they were threatened that they finally sent it. Absolutely useless and highly illegal.
