Mother Frances Hospital Jacksonville

My mother was checked in before her paperwork was done, triaged in less than 30 mins, ct scanned in less than an hour. Her pain was controlled as much as possible as soon as possible, and admitting decision for surgery was made immediately after scan results were made (again in less than 30 mins). Nurses were exceptional, doctor was very good and direct. Great experience.

NEVER, I repeat NEVER, "pre-payment elective" to this place! Our insurance covered everything & we are having holy heck getting our $250 refunded. They're VERY quick to take whatever money they can get out of you but, when an error occurs, they will " review" & get to your refund when "he has time"! TOTALLY unacceptable! I will not ever pay anything in advance again except a "deductible". ADDENDUM: FINALLY got satisfaction from Patricia, supervisor of billing. Just frustrating to have to get nasty, goes against my nature, to get issues resolved. Kudos to Patricia & follow up by Mother Francis & Lauren Ross.

Amazing ER staff! Super kind and efficient, in and out with diagnosis. Much faster than other Emergency Rooms in the area! Definitely worth the drive from Palestine!!!! Dr. Vo and Travis, my RN were great!!!

My visit was fast and efficient. Everyone was courteous and polite. I'm 52 years old and this was the best er visit I think I've ever had. I don't know what else I can say to let everyone know how much this visit meant to me. Thank you and God bless you .

Wonderful place 5 star treatment! This will be the only hospital I use for all my family. Highly recommended place for outstanding health care! Clean and beautiful campus! Very caring staff from the doctors all the way to housekeeping..
