Some of the staff are really nice and helpful. And some are not nice or helpful at all. The lady who collects money at the end of the visit when you check out is EXTREMELY rude. One of the most hateful people I've ever met. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment and to get over herself. Other than that this place is ok.

They couldn’t help me but were very diligently to charge me more than $1600 in hospital and doctor bills. The doctor did not have the expertise, neither the tools to assist me. He just looked at my throat bleeding and was not able to help. I have to recognize that he was courteous but that alone does not justify a $950 bill.

The ER staff is amazing. They took great care of my dad. We were back, scanned, blood work and everything incredibly quick and courteous. Crystal was his nurse and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was polite, knowledgeable and kind. She kept us well informed of test results coming back. I dont recall the N.P., respiratory therapist, CT tech, xray tech or registration clerk names, but they were all equally wonderful. The entire staff was very good to my dad. The transfer to Gordon was quick and efficient. Thank you for being so kind and good at your jobs.

The staff was amazing! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Dr. Garcia was awesome and has a wonderful bedside manner. Best ER experience I've ever had!

Well I got back really quick and its was my daughter and I we were very sick so I had to wait 2 hours and 2 hours to get my discharged papers! I don't know if I'm going to come back.
