All the nurses, doctors, housekeeping staff where great!! Robin especially the RN that looked over me definitely deserves 5 stars. The lady (don’t remember her name) that served me my meals was outstanding and definitely deserves the 5 stars as well and great recognition as she took extra time each meal explaining the entire meal each time and was as pleasant as possible!! Everyone treated me with the best of stay of any hospital stay ever. I really appreciate each and every one of them. I appreciate the cleanliness of the hospital as well. With all the above including my superb treatment I definitely rate this hospital a full 5 stars!

All the staff/hospital employee names that were written daily on my white board were excellent and attentive to my needs and questions. My two Hospitalists and their PA were superb. My two consulting physicians were outstanding.

The doctors and nurses were wonderful. They took very good care of me. I feel so blessed to have had great care.

I arrived at the ER at 08:20 on 4 September, and in less than an hour had a chest tube inserted. From there, it was 16:00 before being brought to a room. There were no pillows, no food or drink was offered(although I was cleared for both), and if not for the timely visit by a custodial staff member 40 minutes after requesting a nurse I would have been forced to either urinate on myself or the floor. When I was finally brought to my room on the second floor (South Wing) my negative experience ended. The staff was absolutely wonderful with the possible exception of one of the nurses, who I will not name because I'm not about ruining someone's job because they had a couple of bad days. Other than that individual, James, Jessica, Katelyn(?) and Michelle provided wonderful care. I feel I must single out nurse Tiffany in particular. Her genuine concern and sincere empathy was that of a person who cares about taking care of people. Also worth mentioning for sure is Patricia from dietary, she's an absolute gem! My ER experience cost you the 5th star. My admission more than earned the other 4.

All the Lady Nurses, lady Drs, male nurses and staff were very great. No complaints. They checked on me every hour, and asked me if I needed anything. Thank You to all that worked that Friday morning through Saturday evening.
