Prince Georges Hospital Center

I’m usually a horror fan but personally I couldn’t get past the overpowering stench of urine- wasn’t worth the six hour wait. the guy who drew my blood fiddled on his phone between filling vials, I didn’t go to med school but isnt it pointless to wear gloves if you’re handling the same device you use on the toilet? Maybe they were more for his protection than mine. Would recommend to anyone seeking a rustic and indifferent approach to emergency care.

I just had a minor surgery done at the Pavillion surgery center. I have always heard bad things about PG hospital, but today I was amazed by the care I received. The facility was clean and updated. The registrars, doctors, and nurses were all professional and focused on making me comfortable. They explained each part of the procedure to me in detail. I want to give a special thank you to “Benji” who was extremely kind and extra gentle inserting my IV. Superb job everyone!

Again, as stated before in a previous review, Ariel on the 3rd floor, front desk may need to be moved to a different role within your practice or maybe not. She doesn't seem to like her job. Rude and condescending to clients/patient's. Being customer facing may not be her thing, maybe more training.

I absolutely hate this hospital! Rude nurses and they could care less about the patients! They never check on them you are calling them more then anything and then when you call for the nurse no one comes till hours later but when you go to say something they all have attitudes RIDICULOUS.

How does this hospital stay in operation? The room my brother-in-law is in is utterly filthy! The floor looks like it has not been swept, mopped or cleaned in months. You can see the dirt embedded in the tile. If the facility is managed in such a manner, it truly makes me wonder about the quality of care. The county and state should investigate the management of this hospital. PG County is one of the wealthiest counties in the US, yet this is one of the dirtiest hospitals I have ever seen. WHY?
