Providence Little Company of Mary Med Ctr Torrance

I would give them 0 starts if I could. They had me waiting for 3hrs in the emergency room prior to seeing me even though I had potential life threatening symptoms! There was a lady that came in with terrible stomach pain and they made her wait over half an hr! She was screaming the whole time. There were not even busy! They were understaffed and completely inconsiderate. I had a horrible headache and they didn't even give me anything to make me comfortable. 6hrs there.. no sleep! Horrible experience!!!

My daughter got into a car accident at about 2 PM, I wasn’t there she refused the ambulance and started feeling sick after on the way him from the accident I took her to Providence urgent car and the doctor said you need to go to the ER for a CT Scan my daughter was getting nauseous and blurred vision, she also had some banged up knees, we cane to the ER they x-rayed her knees first and were still waiting for a brain scan 4 hours Still waiting . This place is the worse, Dont come here your life depends on it, cause you might die in the waiting room, were lolling for another hospital after this, also this isn’t he first time this has happened here. STAY AWAY!

I went to Little Company ER on a Tuesday at 10am to avoid the rush. I have Stage 4 Lung Cancer. I waited for 3.5 hours to get into the actual ER but only after complaining. A nurse too me to my "room" and hooked me up to a monitor. Then she disappeared for 1.5 hours. I pressed the button to get water for my pain meds. No one ever came. I had to chew three large chalky bills and swallow them dry. I needed to use the bathroom, pressed the nurses button many times and no one ever game. I waited and called for another hour, no luck. I dismantled all the wires around me and set off a number of alarms. The alarms blared and no one ever came. Meanwhile the noise in the ER sounded like a cocktail part. The oldest nurse there may have been 25 and the ER was packed with laughing cops, chitchatting EMTs and no doctors. Dont' go to this ER or this hospital! Your life is in danger. I was at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center ER for 5.5 hours and never saw a doctor. The nurses don't cover for each other. The nurses and doctors are young, inexperienced, and rude.

Been there 3x already in month, 2x fir my mom and once for me. First time 9hr wait till call back and second time 6hr wait plus another hour and half before doc saw her. It was only quick when i went only spent 6hrs at ER.

Super EXPENSIVE ER. Got a bill 10 times more than other ERs for a similar visit. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Waited whole day , doctor checked the patient after 4 hr wait. And bill was completely disproportionate to the care provided.
