Absolutely fantastic care and service! Every staff member encountered from the ER staff to the nursing floor staff were kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them. They saved my fathers life!! Keep up the good work!

The emergency department was terrible! I went there last Saturday was misdiagnosed, so I had to go back again on Friday Oct 12. I went back because I was in extreme pain. They did Next to nothing to get me out of pain. Arrived in pain left in pain. The condition worsened because I wasn’t given the proper medication. Said it was something it wasn’t. I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone. The care was substandard.

Everyone, to a person, was informed and genuinely cared about my well-being. I was killed with kindness from the surgeon to the transporters, nurses, and custodial staff. No one likes a hospital stay but this was as pleasant a stay I could have hoped for.

This hospital is a joke. I'm scared to even go back again. Didn't do anything, but an x-ray, then came back with discharge paper's. I wasn't even told what the problem was. I had to ask. I was also sent home with meds the could've affected my heart medication. Good thing the pharmacy caught it.

This is my second visit in the last 3 years to Regional Medical Center. In both cases I found the staff to be extremely efficient, friendly, and with absolute minimum wait times. My first visit for a kidney stone and my second one was for a CT scan and stress test. The receptionist the nurses and the Physicians we're absolutely Superior in the kidney stone surgery. My second visit on this date for a stress test and CT scan resulted in dealing with very friendly, very efficient, and very professional staff and the RNP and technicians had a very positive mindset and we're encouraging in the stress test . I would recommend Regional Medical Center in a heartbeat , no pun intended .
