Riverside Tappahannock Hospital

From walking in the doors to leaving, there was always someone looking out for my husband and I. The entire staff greeted us and made sure we didn't need anything. Drs. Mason and Gregory were so kind and personable. Dr Gregory even came out to ask what my husband wanted in his coffee so he could have it upon awakening!!

It has been a month since I brought my mother here to the ER. When I arrived I was sad and stressed out. Less than two hours later, I was bringing her home, light-hearted and optimistic. Every person we interacted with was friendly, efficient, professional, and respectful. I was told the x-ray would be ready in 45 minutes. It took 19 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed with how smoothly this place is run. Everyone working there seemed calm and proficient. Thank You!

Do not go here if you are in pain, they do not address it very well. It seems they are afraid to give you anything. Was a waist of time and I was still in pain.

If you are near any other place then thats where you should go. Poor care and then sent me to collections after patient responsibility was paid. Never even received a bill. Saw a credit hit and had to prove to them, a collections agency and all the credit bureaus that it had been paid (9 months later). It was a good attempt a ruining good credit but you failed. Place is soo empty they have to steal money to keep the lights on.
