My parents and I are extremely impressed with this St. John's facility! When I had surgery the staff were all very caring and friendly. My mom said that the staff kept her updated every 2 hours or more with prompt and accurate timing. Also, the facility was clean and comfortable. It was the best hospital experience I could've asked for!

The labor and delivery and postpartum care was amazing! Even the moment we stepped inside the facility to check in we were greeted so nicely and warmly. We had the best nurses and staff from this hospital and this was our 5th child so I can vouch for the great care with knowledge of other hospitals. Desiree, Cailyn and Amy were so kind to us and respected our wishes for our baby and I came home with such a happy heart. Many others helped in caring for me but these ladies were my nurses and with me more. Thank you ladies! We appreciate you!

This hospital is the best place to have a baby everyone is will make sure your needs are met very genuine and understanding. The bad news is if they have to send labs they discharge you but not the baby leaving you in pain if you can’t go get your meds filled. Why is the hospital so big and not equipped to do everything. If you have your baby going into the weekend beware of the b.s and lies. Stressful enough to send you into postpartum.

Went in to the er I've been having pins and needles for weeks and it's getting worse SOMETHING is wrong with me...nurses are rude as hell and made me feel like a burden... I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BEG TO BE TREATED..they won't run any tests on me to make sure I'm okay they take my blood pressure and say you seem like your fine to me.. RIDICULOUS.
