I’m sorry but no one would ever want to come to this ER ever again! We’re visiting from NY and my son needed care and this would never want us to come back to VA! I think they need to understand what the true meaning or ER is. The day they do I guess they might start to care about patients. This has been the worst ER service ever!!!! I heard a lady who was a toddler’s mom that she has been here since 8 hours! Isn’t that just crazy? And the patient is the toddler!!! Who would not care about a toddler!!! Mine isn’t but today our patience has been tested to the limit!!!! Anyone needing attention in this area better not even think of visiting this ER!!!! He has another game tomorrow and we’re here waiting since 3 hours for someone to evaluate. Either the administration is blind to the facts that this is the worst way to treat people who come here needing help. I can go on and on but this is the worst place to walk in needing care!!!! Either change the staff or change the administration. I guess this place is just a business and not a place for health care PERIOD!!!!!

Very Polite and quick here. I had no issues whatsoever. They were prompt in treatment and accurate

My husband has had several outpatient surgeries done here. The nurses and the facility are very nice.

I wish I could give this hospital 10 stars. My son goes to a local college and has an auto immune disease. The week of college finals he couldn't breathe and was rushed to this hospital. He was in ICU for one week until we were able to get him transferred to his medical doctors back in NJ to that his care was consistent. Every person we interacted with was wonderful - nursing staff, respiratory therapist, food service, cleaning team, doctors, specialists. I can not say enough about the incredible staff at this hospital.

I feel like I would of gotten better quality of care at a doc in a box
