Sentara Rmh Medical Center

I drove myself up to RMH last October with severe stomach pain. I went to the ER & was seen within 5 minutes. Turned out I needed an emergency appendectomy which was done by that late afternoon. Everyone was so nice,attentive & professional. I only stayed overnight & was released the next afternoon. Without a doubt the most wonderful experience I have ever had in a hospital. 100% better than Augusta Health!(which was why I drove the half hour drive to RMH). I sent the nurses in the wing I was in an Edible Arrangement to thank them for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend RMH to anyone that will listen.

Kim in the rheumatology department is wonderful. After moving out of state I had a hard time finding a new doctor. Once one was found, Kim sent all the paperwork and continued to follow up with the doctor and myself until the appointment was made. She made a very stressful time easier for me. Thank you Kim

Entered this hospital via a walk-in at the er. Minimal waiting time, was admitted and treated to series of tests. with the help of a caring staff and Doctors with specialties i ended up needing i had emergency surgery and recovery was without issues. I would strongly recommend this Hospital and the doctors and Nurses to any one needing medical assistance. I want to say that at the time of this occurrence i was on vacation in Virginia and i talk with experience as to hospital operations as in my home state i work in a Critical Care Hospital. Thanks to all as i am here due to outstanding people who care.

We were on vacation and I had a medical issue and went to the emergency room. Had to be admitted. Every person I had contact with was very professional and kind. I felt the care and attention I received was excellent.

Amazing experience. Exceedingly kind and attentive staff. Best place to get an organ unexpectedly removed!
