We were in the area on vacation when my son needed to have emergency surgery. We ended up being there four days for recovery. Considering the circumstances we had a great experience. Doctors, nurses, aides, food service staff, cleaning staff were all fantastic.

My family has been cared for by this facility for over a decade. The physicians, nurses, therapists, & food staff are all friendly, kind & proficient. I am thankful to have this hospital in my community.

had a great stay they cared for my grandmother when she was having heart issues while on vacation in williamsburg the nurse we had was really nice and would check on my grandmother every 10 minutes. they put her in a very large room with close access to everything she needed. overall very good hospital i would defiantly recommend this hospital if you are in the area and need medical attention.

The entire staff was professional and kind from the moment I arrived. My 9-month old was very dehydrated and had been vomiting for 24 hours. The front desk receptionist quickly got us in the system and the triage nurse took care of us quickly too to get us into a private room and allow us to get comfortable and quiet. Noah was the best nurse anyone could ask for. I felt fairly calm entering the hospital but eventually started rambling things as I was asked questions. He never belittled anything I said and patiently listened to every detail despite being pulled in many directions at the same time. He quickly got my baby hooked up to an IV, tested for everything they were concerned he could have, and made sure I was comfortable holding my son while waiting for the labs to return. We were there for 6 hours total but it was as peaceful as it could possibly be. The doctor was the kindest and most patient woman. I wish I could remember her name. She was also obviously very busy but took the time to answer all of my questions and patiently listen to my rambling as well. Even the woman who gathered all of my insurance information was amazing. She recognized that I had forgotten my baby’s blanket and that he needed to keep his clothes off while they worked with him, and she brought me a lovingly made blanket to keep. For what is typically a very scary situation, I couldn’t have asked for better care. My son was fine again by the next day and I’m so thankful I didn’t wait to take him in.
