Lisa Mason has been absolutely AMAZING!!! She is one of a kind. She has been there every time I have had a family member admitted! She is so very caring and absolutely loves her job. Example is yesterday my dad arrived at the ER by ambulance. She was the one getting him blankets, socks and drinks for my self and my grandmother. She also was the one tracking down the doctor and nurse to help my dad who was in agony. She also has checked on my dad today. You can see how much she loves her job with that wonderful smile on her face no matter what kind of day she is having. You don't find many caring people like Lisa Mason who enjoys what they do anymore! She is an asset to Southside Regional Medical Center!!!

Dr. Lingler is fantastic and is always able to get me in for a sick visit. The hospital staff is also so welcoming and helpful anytime I go. I love that the hospital is so new and clean too.

Nursing staff on 5 west were caring and polite, with a side comical releif. Made the visit to see family member less stressful. Thank you ladies and sirs..

The entire staff was very professional, courteous and competent. My appreciation to the ICU staff for putting up with my agitated state at times. Thank you.

If i could give this place a negative 0 I would. Absolutely horrible. ICU staff has the worst bed side manner although 2E, and Same day Surgery staff were awesome. That ER needs to close. Waiting 4 hrs just before you can even go in back is just ridiculous. I mean it is called emergency right?
