The nurses and doctors are rude.. they pick n choice who to treat.. if u not white they treat you ugly.. best to go to Redmond hospital instead of Madras.

I have been to the ER twice this month and was promptly treated. Working in ER's treating other human beings is a stressful business and others seem to forget that those working in ER's are human beings also. As human beings are all imperfect, followup with your PCP and specialty physicians. Cover all your bases when it comes to your health. Don't be afraid to ask as many questions as you need and research, cross reference your personal areas of ailment.

Greatful to have the Hospital. We used the ER several times.. No matter how busy..we have always had great care. Had husband admitted and again.. care was great.. CNA's we awesome. We ere also admitted to Redmond Hospital this year.. an although the CNA's were caring and willing to help.. The CNA's in the Madras Hospital stood out by providing exceptional serve.

First off these people always seem to have an attitude. They practically twist your arm to come into there office for any type of help and when you do go the place is dirty theirs fabric chairs that are more then likely older then I am. I mean really fabric chairs in a hospital or clinic those chairs are like a safari in Africa you go knowing your going to catch malaria. Wow what does it take to get a decent doctor in this area? I thought Drs have to take some oath about compassion and helping the sick. All I see is a bunch of people with an ultimatum pay us or piss off. I have heard of some story's that come out of this place that you would think its 1000 ad not 2019. To be honest all I see from these so called doctors in madras as is a bunch of popcorn farts, They like to give out free servings of staph like its on the menu for breakfast lunch and dinner and an extra helping for desert. Save your lives do not tread upon this infested ground,

My experience with this clinic has been very positive. I have enough health issues to necessitate easy access to health care and there aren’t enough doctors in Prineville, so I drive to Madras to see my primary care physician. The wait time to get an appointment is much faster than in Prineville, Redmond, and Bend, and my doctor is extremely bright, intuitive, compassionate, accessible through email, and totally up to date on current research as she makes informed decisions to help me. The staff has always been friendly to me when I come in. At this point, I wouldn’t change doctors even if Prineville were to be properly staffed. Dr. M is a keeper.
