The denatl part is ridiculous!!! The dentist tells you one thing the lady Jessica that answers the phone says something different! I feel Jessica is very very rude! Doesn't even try to help with appts or anything scheduled way far out but if you walk into the office you'll get a sooner appt! The kids with a higher need should not be pushed out 2 months!

I only gave it one star because there was no way to do ZERO. This is the second time ( two different people) of having to go there. I won’t go into details but if anyone wants my story I’d be glad to give it. My doctor told me “they finally did something right”, I asked what ? She said “they sent you somewhere else “. Which didn’t happen to the other person.

If you need emergency care/other wise/Sutter Lakeside is your best bet...our family have lived in LAKE COUNTY since 1958...I won't get into the particulars/it will be long and drawn out/and it won't be very good...changing the name didn't help the service or the reputation...anything major/go elsewhere...medical costs are astronomical/ and outrageous...do get good care for your money...
