St John’s Riverside Hospital

The medical staff is outstanding. But you have to get past the arrogant men at front desk. They run a parking token scam and hospital administration has no control over it. I had to pay for parking every time i visited my own new born kept in NICU.

Excellent service staff very courteous constant updates on my husbands condition, doctors gave us all the information we wanted I felt like I was not bothering staff when I needed anything. Getting through ER took time but it helped to have employees being sympathetic to our situation.

Best hospital to give birth I had my daughter there and all the staff were very the best. Best nurses ever.

I had an excellent experience in the ER. I cut myself at home and my husband and I drove over to get me stitched up. I was greeted warmly at reception, the registration person was terrific, the ER waiting room was busy (but quiet and clean—pretty good for a Thursday night around 10p). Michael (Moran? Mohan?), the nurse practitioner, was funny, patient, and calming. Following his good care (medical krazy glue to seal the wound), I received a tetanus shot from a nurse——and am sorry I didn’t get her name because she deserves a shout-out for her kindness and taking time to explain things. All worked well. We were out in about two hours.
