Swedish Covenant Hospital

What a screw place! They not only charge your insurance with a lot of money but make you pay after even more bills. Apparently anyone goes to the back of the room gets charged? What the hell wrong with you? My son was sitting ON OUR STROLLER not your freakin Hospital bed. Thanks for you although I live close to you , I will be definitely going somewhere else. My advice for others: if you can, better find different place. In addition, I just got better on my own. When I went to my general doctor, he told me that Hospital prescribed me wrong medications. So yeah not only $$$ is bad but looks like the staff is not knowledgeable on what they are doing. The worst of the Hospitals so far in my experience.

I had my son here May 2018 and I’m extremely frustrated with how these con-artists are haunting me down for payment of services I didn’t receive and the ones I did, recieved badly. LETS NOT TALK ABOUT HOW YOUR ANESTHESIOLOGIST HAD TO GIVE ME AN EPIDURAL 3x!!! Just from that itself I shouldn’t have to pay, I’m paying for it with a lifetime of back pain. The only positive was that midwife group was very helpful!

By far the best hospital I've ever been to. Calm, compassionate care from everyone I encountered...from techs to nurses to docs. It actually brought me to tears when I left. People here clearly love their jobs and if we had more healthcare like this in America, it would be a better society overall.

Wow! The woman at front desk just ignored me when I was explaining my symptoms.....But the guy that was at front desk listen. I don't think there is much she can do. People do not understand she just there to register you in. I was treated well. I was taken care of immediately. Everything took a normal amount of time especially test and what not things just take time. Just can't get treated if no one know what is wrong. Doctors, Nurses, Tech assisted me and made me feel comfortable even though I was miserable and in a lot of pain. I receive my diagnosis and is okay with the answer I got. This is why I go to swedish.

Shout out to TAWNY the RN who took care of my newborn and I. I gave birth to my second child here at Swedish and everyone treated me well but TAWNY stood out the most--she went way above and beyond! She was very understanding and supportive and very caring-- I can tell that she is passionate about her job and truly cares. Thanks TAWNY and thank you Swedish!
