Trinity Hospital Twin City

I have participated in more than 500 cardiac pulmonary rehab sessions at the Trinity Hospital Twin City program. I have met several very nice people in need of rehab. The staff have been very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Tiffany, Gary, Rachel and Savannah for their supportive and encouraging attitudes. I strongly recommend the Cardio Pulmonary Rehab program they provide.

I just had a procedure done at Trinity Hospital Twin City in the surgery department and cannot say enough about the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the staff. I had been obsessing about it for weeks and only regret the energy I spent worrying. I am sorry that they do not perform more procedures there so I would never have to go anywhere else for treatment. You guys are all wonderful!

The staff is just simply wonderful!! The mammogram and ultrasound departments are just remarkable!! The love and support those ladies give is just what's needed.

If i could give 0 stars I would i was in on Friday they took blood and urine I waited for nearly 3 hours for those 2 results. Right before being discharged the Dr comes in and says results are back and everything is clear but he is prescribing me antibiotics as a precaution. Right after he walks out I go to the restroom and to my surprise my urine test is in the exact spot I left it 3 hours prior. I bring it to the nurses attention (the same one who told me where to place it to begin with )he and he hurries up and sends it off to the lab discreetly of course so no one notices his mess up. To my surprise my results come back in 15 min and I DO have an infection..i already knew I did because I took a test the night before I just needed antibiotics to help get rid of it... but arrording to them they "supposedly" got labs mixed up..if that's the case there was someone else who didn't get results. What would they have done if this was life threatening or heaven forbid treated me for the wrong problem all together and cause more harm..i will never go back

I was worried about going here for the first time because of all the bad reviews but I had a really good experience when I went. Everyone in the check in area was super nice and all the nurses were caring. I had to get a CT scan and ultrasound and both technicians were very nice and understanding of any concerns. I'm basing my star rating on the nurses and doctors and not the wait time because all hospitals are the same in that department. Plus I heard them mention they were busy so that's understandable.
