Very unprofessional , inhumane hospital full with lazy and shady staff. Dangerous for your loved ones, even if pregnant no care for patients, my wife told me one of staff pushed her!!! 4 Days waiting for ultrasound for baby!!!!

Under staffed, they switched my doctors 3 times in 3 weeks!!! Not even bother to notice, not ask for consent.

Best emergency center I’ve been to. I’m 9 weeks pregnant and thought we were losing the baby. They saw me immediately, were very nice and professional, were very attentive, and moved as quickly as possible. We were there for 4 hours which included getting seen by multiple nurses and specialists, had an on-call ultrasound specialist drive in, gave blood, etc. They called the next day to check up and make sure I was doing okay. Fantastic ER and recommend it to anyone who has a severe concern and can’t wait to see their physician.

Horrible service got checked in at 9:15pm sat in the waiting room until 10:25pm finally got called no private room I shared a room with a women who had the flu about 15ins with being places in the room noone came to say anything plus my husband was with me he literally had no chair he sat in the patient bed with me. 10:45pm noone checked on me yet the doctor and xray came back for the patient next to me then we was asked to leave out the room because she had to have a x-ray very dissappointed and still in very much pain.

A lot of times depends on the day of the week yoh have to arrive. But this hospital is by far the worse. Not ant different than harford memorial. Expect wait times to be over 5 or 6 hours. Never again. Ill take the drive somewhere else
