University of Md Medical Center Midtown Campus

Waiting 15 to sometimes 20 and 30 minutes just to get basic patient information is ridiculous. If this is normal practice at UMMC Midtown, I pray to God I never have to be hospitalized at this facility

We had a yearly physical at the Pediatrician facility. The whole staff was very nice. The doctor who saw us was insightful. The assistant nurse was sweet and took great care of my daughter. Very good people working there. A special thank you to Miss Edna. She went above and made sure we had everything we needed from our previous pediatrician. We enjoy our visit.

This place should close as they are stealing from the public trust. Unprofessional and awkward. I had a kidney stone and the only relief I received was passing it while waiting. They seemed completely uncaring, indifferent and I truly felt as if I was an inconvenience. Don't get sick downtown.

My brother was recently an inpatient at UMD Midtown Campus, on 4 North. He received exceptional care from the ED and on the Surgical Unit 4 North. I’ve never been in a hospital where EVERYONE was helpful and pleasant!! The Doctors and Nurses listen and truly care!! I was impressed!!

ICU nurse had a attitude problem my daughter ask her if she was having a bad day. The patient ask for a pillow he was told that he should have ask the Tech that she have 3 patients . I thought she said more so I ask how many patients. Then on top of that he was calling nurses station no one never answer. I can't wait till he come home leave. I just want to thank the nurse manager.
