I have been receiving care at the Lung Center in Valley View Hospital for some months now most recently with Jenny Queen PA-C. She is a very pleasant person willing to listen to concerns and discuss clearly medical treatments available and necessary for addressing my health concerns. I have found all the doctors and staff to be friendly and helpful, and will gladly recommend their care and services to anyone.

This review is for The Lung Center. I was referred over my primary physician for some additional testing regarding some health concerns on my last physical and very happy to have come across them. Since my initial visit at this place to present, the entire staff has been nothing short of excellent.Honestly, the entire staff is simply amazing to talk to. From the moment you come in you are greeted warmly by the Hispanic gal at the front desk (sorry forget her name, apologies), to the lung tech gal and finally my doctor Jennie Q. Jennie was very tentative,and patient and made me feel very comfortable talking to her about all the questions I had regarding my health treatment plan. This would be my third visit here and the staff is always welcoming and seems to be genuinely happy to have us visit. The front desk Hispanic gal is super sweet and always very kind and polite, not only to myself but also to my wife and kids. Overall the entire experience is very positive. Highly recommend.

This hospital took great care of my husband and cousin when they found themselves unexpectedly in the hospital while on a fishing trip. I cannot express how great all the doctors, nurses, staff, pastor, and first responders were. Thank you

Professional and friendly staff at office. Unfortunately, difficult to obtain cost estimates for services. Once provided, told that additional fees may be required, added on, even after estimates provided and services performed.

Went to the bathroom to pee and there was a test already used I touched, that I thought was for me. I had to wrap my own bandage Because the blonde nurse didn't know how! The Dr wanted to x-ray my bruise and not ask any questions, this is so far!! Now they want a blood test after making me touch someone else's pee packet!!!
