Dr. Voorhees is AMAZING. My son has a rare condition. For 10 years doctors have told us he needs a psychiatrist. We have been through the ringer with the medical field. Dr Voorhees has always listened. He has made my son not so skeptical of the medical field. He truly is concerned about the patient and takes his time to educate and let you know what's going on. I cannot praise him enough. We are so lucky to have such talent in Warren Memorial ER.

Dr, Voorhees is the closest thing to "House" that you'll ever find. You can literally see the gears grinding behind his eyes. He's NEVER been wrong about anything he's told me. (other then jokingly telling me my ears would fall off if I stayed on a med too long) I don't know if he realizes it but Ive been his patient at least 10 times in the past 20 years. He stitched my hand up when I was 10, He figured out I was bleeding internally when I was 17 and saved my life, He put my toe back on when I was drunk at 24. Most recently he diagnosed me accurately with a herniated C6&7 without an MRI just by my symptoms, to which my MRI I had afterward confirmed his diagnoses. He helped me stay comfortable through this while I took care of having proper insurance to handle the situation and I am forever grateful to have been so lucky to have had an amazing hometown ER doctor like him. Thank You DR VOORHEES! (if he ever decide's to open a practice, Ill be be his 1st patient.)
